1. eligibility

entry is exclusive to VIP badge/ admission holders of the ink & anime expo.

2. condition of prize

The hp omen 35l gt16 is an "open-box" unit. it has been lightly used for demonstration and testing purposes and is in excellent, functional condition.
by entering, the participant acknowledges that the prize is not "factory sealed" and may show minimal signs of use.

3. must be present to win

the drawing will take place at the main stage (see schedule for time). the winner must be physically present at the time of the drawing to claim the prize. if the selected winner is not present after three calls, a new winner will be drawn immediately.

4. warranty & "as-is" status

the prize is awarded "as-is." THE INK AND ANIME EXPO LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ITS PERFORMENCE, LONGEVITY, OR MANUFACTURER'S WARRENTY STATUS. 

5. LIABILITY RELEASE

THE WINNER ASSUMES All Responsibility for the setup, software licensing, and safe operation of the PC. The expo is not liable for technical issues, data loss, or injuries resulting from the use of the unit.
