3. Right of refusal

Ink & Anime Expo reserves the right to refuse service, admission, or booth space to any individual or entity at our SOLE discretion, INCLUDING VIOLATION OF OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

The Ink & Anime Expo LLC shall not be help liable and or responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property or products incurred while attending or participating before, during, or after the event.
ATTENDEES AND PARTICIPANTS ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVENT.
