Submitting your application does not guarantee approval or secure a booth at the expo. All applications are placed on a waitlist and reviewed in the order received

Upon approval, you agree to sign a contract and remit full booth payment within 7 days. You understand that all fees are strictly non-refundable, failure to submit payment will result in the immediate loss of your reserved space to the next applicant
