refund policy & vendor payments
1. FULL UPFRONT PAYMENT REQUIRED
All Booth fees (including Regular Vendor Booths, Tattoo Booths, Double Booths, and Corner Booths) must be paid in full, up-front at the time of application acceptance to secure the space. Spaces are confirmed & reserved only upon receipt of full payment
2. Strict non-refundable terms
ALL vendor and artist payments (including booth fees, commissions, and deposits) are strictly non-refundable once the payment is processed. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: cancellation or non-attendance by the vendor, adverse weather conditions, travel complications, health issues, or unforeseen circumstances
3. Cancellation by INK & ANIME EXPO
The Ink & Anime Expo reserves the right to cancel the event. In the highly unlikely event of event cancellation by the Expo, a full refund of the booth fee will be issued to vendors who have not violated any terms of service.
The Expo is not responsible for covering any vendor costs beyond the original booth fee
