refund policy & vendor payments

1. FULL UPFRONT PAYMENT REQUIRED

All Booth fees (including Regular Vendor Booths, Tattoo Booths, Double Booths, and Corner Booths) must be paid in full, up-front at the time of application acceptance to secure the space. Spaces are confirmed & reserved only upon receipt of full payment  

2. Strict non-refundable terms

ALL vendor and artist payments (including booth fees, commissions, and deposits) are 
50% refundable if cancelled prior to July 1, 2026. Any cancellation after July 1, 2026, will result in the forfeiture of any and all payments made to Ink & anime expo

3. Cancellation by INK & ANIME EXPO

The Ink & Anime Expo reserves the right to cancel the event. In the highly unlikely event of event cancellation by the Expo, a full refund of the booth fee will be issued to vendors who have not violated any terms of service.
The Expo is not responsible for covering any vendor costs beyond the original booth fee
