Code Of Conduct &
Anti-harassment policy

The Ink & Anime Expo is dedicated to providing a safe, harassment-free, and respectful experience for all attendees, vendors, guests, and staff, regardless of age, ability, gender, identity, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

1. Expected conduct

All participants are required to conduct themselves professionally and respect the physical and personal space of others. Participants must comply with all local, state and federal laws.

2. Zero tolerance policy

Harassment (including offensive verbal comments, stalking, intimidation, inappropriate photography/video, physical or sexual assault) will NOT be tolerated.

3. consequences of violation

Violation of this code of conduct will result in immediate expulsion from the Expo premises without warning.
Violators will forfeit all associated fees, be permanently banned from future events, and may face legal action.

4. Reporting

If you experience harassment or notice a violation, please report it immediately to the nearest Expo staff member (clearly marked in uniform) or the designated Security. Staff will take appropriate action.
