Media & Photography release 

1. notice of filming

By entering the ink & anime expo premises, you acknowledge that you are entering an area where photography, audio, and videorecording may occur.

2. consent to use

your entry constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, social media, websites, and advertising.

3. waiver of rights 

you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties on connection with any use of these materials. you also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by the expo or its affiliates.
